Dragon Stage
The 8x8ft Acrylic Glass Speech Stage Package is a low-profile transparent presentation platform designed for speakers, presenters, hosts, and small event productions.
With an overall footprint of 8x8ft (approximately 2.44x2.44m) and a height of 0.3m (11.8in), the stage provides a defined, elevated presentation area without requiring a large traditional performance platform.
The transparent acrylic deck creates a distinctive visual effect, especially when combined with decorative lighting beneath or around the stage.
This makes the package suitable for indoor conferences, corporate presentations, award ceremonies, church events, hotel functions, and other occasions where the speaker's presentation area is part of the event design.
Unlike purchasing separate stage components, this product is intended to be ordered as a complete speech stage package, with the platform layout and necessary support components planned together.
Buyers looking for other modular stage designs can explore our Stage Platforms & Decks collection.
1. Complete 8x8ft Speech Stage Layout
Provides a compact presentation area for a speaker, lectern, or small presentation setup.
2. Low 0.3m Platform Height
The approximately 11.8-inch elevation creates a visible distinction between the stage and surrounding floor without requiring a high platform.
3. Transparent Acrylic Glass Deck
Allows the flooring and decorative lighting beneath the platform to remain visible, creating a different appearance from conventional plywood stage surfaces.
4. Modular Aluminum Frame
The stage is assembled from connected platform sections, making the system suitable for repeat event installation and modular configuration.
5. Suitable for Speech and Presentation Events
Designed around the needs of conferences, ceremonies, presentations, and small event productions rather than large performance stages.
6. Optional Under-Stage Lighting
Warm lighting or other decorative effects can be incorporated beneath the transparent surface when appropriate for the installation.
7. Package-Oriented Purchasing
Buyers can specify the complete stage size and height instead of selecting individual deck components separately.

Before ordering, consider:
Whether a lectern or presentation table will be used
How many people must occupy the platform
Whether speakers need to move around
Whether the stage requires steps
Whether lighting will be installed beneath the deck
If the event includes a larger panel discussion, multiple performers, or extensive presentation equipment, consider a larger stage layout.
A 0.3m (11.8in) platform is a reasonable starting point for indoor speaking events where only modest elevation is required.
The actual suitability depends on audience sightlines, room arrangement, access requirements, and the finished stage configuration.
Choose decorative lighting if the transparent stage is intended to be a visual feature of the event.
For a basic speech stage, the acrylic surface can be used without decorative lighting.
Lighting equipment, cables, power supplies, cable routing, and installation arrangements should be planned separately.

Stage Connection Accessories
Multi-section stage systems require appropriate connections between neighboring platform modules.
See our Quick Stage Deck Connection Clamp for one available connector design. Compatibility must be checked against the acrylic stage frame before purchasing separately.
Other Acrylic Stage Options
For customers who need separately selectable transparent stage modules with adjustable-height supports, explore our 4x4ft Acrylic Stage Deck.
This is a different stage configuration. Its module size, support system, and height range should not be assumed to match the 8x8ft speech stage package.
1. Buying Individual Decks Instead of a Complete Package
A speech stage requires more than transparent panels. Matching frames, supports, connections, and the correct installation arrangement are essential.
2. Assuming All Acrylic Decks Are Interchangeable
Acrylic panels must match the stage frame's seating dimensions, support arrangement, and specified material requirements.
3. Forgetting the Lectern Footprint
If you plan to install a lectern, consider its base dimensions and the space required for speakers to enter, stand, and move.
4. Confusing Decorative Lighting with Included Equipment
The orange lighting shown in the application photo demonstrates a possible stage appearance. It should not be treated as included equipment unless confirmed in the package.
5. Ignoring Access Requirements
Although the stage is only 0.3m high, safe and suitable access must still be considered for the intended users and venue.
6. Assuming Transparency Means Slip Resistance
The stage surface must be assessed for its intended use, footwear, cleaning conditions, and potential slip hazards.
7. Overlooking Acrylic Surface Protection
Transparent acrylic surfaces can be scratched during transportation, setup, cleaning, and repeated rental use. Suitable handling and protective packaging are important.

10. Do I need stairs for a 0.3m stage?
The appropriate access arrangement depends on the venue, users, and event requirements. A suitable step or accessible entrance arrangement may be necessary.
11. Is the acrylic stage suitable for outdoor use?
This configuration is presented primarily for indoor events. Outdoor use requires a separate assessment of the ground, weather exposure, surface condition, and overall platform system.
12. Can the acrylic deck be replaced if it becomes damaged?
Replacement may be possible when the panel dimensions, thickness, frame seating, and fixing arrangement match the existing system. Please provide the original panel specifications before ordering a replacement.
