Most DragonEvent products are professional event equipment, components or relatively bulky items, so returns are handled according to the specific product and order rather than through an automatic return process.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions from our team.

1. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and, where helpful, a short video showing the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement or another agreed resolution depending on the problem.

2. If You Want to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, error or missing parts, please contact us first.

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the order type and the shipping destination.

We will confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide the relevant return instructions before anything is shipped back.

3. Custom, Bulk and System Orders

Custom-made products, non-standard specifications, bulk orders and complete equipment systems may not be suitable for standard returns once production or shipment has begun.

4. Refunds

If a refund is agreed, the refund method, amount and any return-shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you based on the specific order and circumstances.
